What are your current offerings, packages, and services?

Our services are focused on our Courses, Coaching, and Community. You can review our current WID Offerings & Services on this page.

What is included in the WID Community?

The WID Circle Community is our private platform where our members can post questions, get access to live events and past events recordings, network with each other, participate in activities and connect with other professionals.

What are the Work It Daily Courses?

We currently carry 14 premium courses: The Resume Plan, The Cover Letter Plan, The LinkedIn Plan, The Job Search Plan, The Interview Prep Plan, Master Salary Negotiations, The Ultimate Guide to Personal Branding, How to Make Recruiters Come To You, Mastering Networking, Fired To Hired, How To Improve Your Communication Skills, The Professional Strengths Assessment, The First 90 Days On The Job (&Beyond!), and, How To Get Hired By An Incredible Company.

What is included in the Courses?

The WID courses include +150 premium resources, including JT's video lessons, materials templates & samples (resume, cover letter, etc.), guides, recommendations, strategies, and other downloadable resources.

What is included in One-on-One Coaching?

Our online One-on-One Coaching gives you access to unlimited private email communication with our coaches. That includes resume, cover letter, & LinkedIn profile reviews and getting all your career-related questions answered by our career experts. Coaching calls are not included but are available as a separate service upon request.

How does One-on-One Coaching work?

You need a subscription that includes individual coaching to work directly with our coaches. Once you've purchased your subscription, you can not pause your Coaching or buy and delay your start time. Instead, you will automatically gain access to the "Coaching" area in WID Circle (our platform). In this section, you will be able to see our "Coaching Guidelines" and "How To Get In Touch With Our Coaches".

Whenever you're ready, follow those steps and contact the coaches with your questions or submit your materials for review. You can send any career-related questions and PDF materials like your Resume, Cover Letter, or LinkedIn profile; our coaches will provide personalized feedback and recommendations. Please note that coaches have a 2-business day turnaround on responses.

"I can't find an option to cancel or update my account billing information."

If this happens to you and you are using the Circle mobile App, please note that the app doesn't have all billing management features available yet, and you will need to use the browser version in order to cancel or change your billing information.

Where can I see my subscription information?

To see your current subscription information, please log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture located in the top right corner. Select "Billing". Here, you can see your current Subscriptions, History, and Payment Methods. However, if you have a Legacy account (2022 or older), you will need to contact us at support@workitdaily.com, and we'll be happy to provide this information for you.

What are my options for upgrading/downgrading from one plan to another?

You can upgrade or downgrade your current membership to any of our other memberships posted here. You can see and manage your membership within WID Circle.

Here's how to change your plan:

  • Log into WID Circle from your browser (the Circle App does not support all billing features at this time)
  • Click on your profile picture → Billing → Subscriptions
  • Click the More actions (three dots) icon beside the subscription → Change Plan
  • Once you click on "Change Plan", select your new membership and billing cycle
  • Review charges and amount due information. Click "Confirm Change".

If you need a refund or assistance , please don't hesitate to contact Support at support@workitdaily.com.

How can I change my current payment method or credit card information?

  • Open WID Circle in your browser (the Circle App does not support all billing features at this time)
  • Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture located in the top right corner
  • Select "Billing". Here, you can see your Subscriptions, History, and Payment Methods
  • You can view and update your payment method in the "Payment Methods" tab

If you have a legacy subscription, you will need to contact us at support@workitdaily.com

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please keep in mind that deactivating your Circle account and canceling your subscription must be done separately. Some members will accidentally deactivate their accounts without canceling their subscriptions first. This will delete your member profile from WID Circle but will keep your subscription and billing active. If you've attempted to cancel your subscription but are unsure it was successfully canceled, please contact us at support@workitdaily.com, and we'll check for you.

Free Trials: Our system sees the Free Trials as a subscription. If you'd like to cancel your free trial, you can follow the same steps you would to cancel a subscription. Plus, you can select either "Cancel Now" or "Cancel at the end of your cycle (or at the end of your free trial)".

Here's how to cancel your subscription:

For New accounts: If your account was recently created (2023 and newer), you can manage your billing and cancel your subscription through your account settings. Please note that the Circle Mobile App doesn't have all billing management features available yet, and you would need to use the browser version in order to cancel or change your billing information.

Follow these steps and refer to the images below:

  • Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture located in the top right corner.
  • Select "Billing". Here, you can see your Subscriptions, History, and Payment Methods.
  • You can view or cancel your subscriptions under the "Subscriptions" tab.
  • Identify the subscription you'd like to cancel and click on the three dots menu, to see the options.
  • You can select "Cancel Now" or "Cancel at the end of your cycle".


For Legacy accounts: If your account was created before 2022, you most likely have a Legacy account, and your billing information may be limited due to our platform transition. Legacy accounts include all discontinued subscription types and are no longer posted on our current Offerings Page. Here's how you can cancel your subscription if you have a Legacy account:


- If you see the billing area in your account settings, please follow the above steps for "New Accounts."

- If you don't see your billing area in your account settings, contact us at support@workitdaily.com to cancel this subscription for you. Please note that deactivating your account does not automatically cancel your account.

How do I deactivate my WID Circle account?

Please remember that deactivating your Circle account and canceling your subscription are two different actions. Some members will deactivate their accounts without canceling their subscriptions first. If you've attempted to cancel your subscription but are unsure it was successfully canceled, please contact us at support@workitdaily.com, and we'll check for you.

Here's how to deactivate your WID Circle account:

  • Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Select "Authentication". Here you can see, view and edit your email & password, see your Linked Facebook & Twitter Accounts (if any), and the "Deactivate Your Account" section.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deactivating your account, as the deactivation won't automatically cancel it.
  • Click the red "Deactivate My Account" button to remove your user account from WID Circle.

How do I edit my email address in WID Circle?

To update your Circle member email address, you will need to modify your member profile info. Please follow these steps:

  • Sign in to WID Circle.
  • Click on your profile picture in the top right and select "Authentication".
  • Under "Circle Authentication", click "Edit" next to your email address.
  • Enter your new email address and click "Save changes".

How do I change my WID Circle password?

To change your WID Circle password, simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Select "Authentication". Here you can View & Edit your email and password, see your Linked Facebook and Twitter Accounts (if any), and the Deactivate Your Account section.
  • Next, please enter your current password and the new one. Then, click on the "Save Changes" button to update your edits.

I forgot my WID Circle password. How can I access my account?

If you have forgotten your WID Circle password, please visit the WID Circle Log-In page and click on the "Forgot your password?" option. Enter your email address and click on "Reset My Password". An email will be sent to you with the necessary steps to reset your password and regain access to your account. In case you face any difficulties, have any questions, or cannot recall the email address you used to sign up, please feel free to contact us at support@workitdaily.com.

How to find posts, events, and courses in Circle?

To easily locate what you need on WID Circle, make use of the search bar positioned in the center of the page's top section. Enter relevant keywords related to your search, and you'll receive search results categorized as "event," "course," "post," and others.

Where can I find the downloadable materials from a course?

Each of our 14 courses has a section where you can download its materials and resources. Simply click on the course you're currently reviewing > Scroll down until you see "All Materials From this course" > Click on "Downloadable Materials & Resources" > You will see a page with the following steps:

- In the upper-right-hand corner, you will see a File Folder icon. Please select the file icon to access the list of files you can download and use.
- For those on the app: At the top of your screen, there are three tabs. The third tab, labeled “Files”, is where you can locate the materials for download.


Please note: Files are in the order that they appear in the lessons.

Where do I find the latest announcements?

To find the latest announcements from the WID Team to our WID Circle Community, please log into your WID Circle account and head over to the left-side menu. Scroll down until you see the "Community Hub" area, and click on "Announcements".

Where can I find the upcoming Live Event information, and Where can I find a past Live Event Recording?

To see all the Upcoming Live Events, please log into your WID Circle account and head over to the left-side menu. Scroll down until you see the "LIVE Career Event Calendar". This will show you all Upcoming events by default, but you can click on the "Past" tab located on the top right to see all Past Events - feel free to click on a specific event to see more details. Once you open an event's page, you will see the Date & Time, and Location information (this last one contains the link to the video/stream).

What will I learn in the Ultimate Guide Unlocking Your Career Destiny class?

This class contains a comprehensive guide with multiple lessons that will get you started and provide a guide to all the necessary steps you need to take before embarking on your career journey. Some of the lessons included are The Differences between "A job, a Career or a Calling?", a "Career Confidence Assessment", discovering your "Core Values, Work Styles, Interaction Styles, Learning Preferences and Unique Gifts", defining Your Own Career Criteria (Needs vs. Wants), The "Ultimate Guide to Personal Branding", and more!

What are the WID Circle Community Guidelines?

You can review our Community & Member Guidelines here. Please also remember to always protect your private information. Do not share your credit card information, address, date of birth, social security number, or any sensitive information within your profile, posts, private messaging, etc. If you see other members requesting this type of information or publicly posting it, please report them to our team.

How do I report a post?

If you see a member's post that goes against our community guidelines, you can report it by clicking on the three dots menu located at the top right corner of said post > Then click on "Report Post". Our team will work on reviewing your report ASAP. Thanks for reporting!
