Does it cost anything to contribute to CAREEREALISM?

Guest posters will have the opportunity for one free guest post. After that, they will have to either A) pay a small fee to get published again, or B) reach 1,000 social shares on their previously published post (if this happens, they earn one more free guest post).If you have any questions about this process, please e-mail support@workitdaily.com.

Can I include a backlink in my article?

Yes, you can include one external link within the body of your article as long as it a) makes sense, b) isn’t blatantly promotional, and c) is relevant to the content of the article. Our goal is to provide our readers with good, quality content, not salesy content advertisements.

Will I get a dofollow link?

Yes, if your link has been approved by our editorial team, your link will be a dofollow link.

Can I just insert my backlink into an existing CAREEREALISM article?

No. We do not participate in this kind of text-link advertising.

Will my article/link permanently remain on CAREEREALISM?

We can never guarantee that your link will permanently remain on CAREEREALISM. If something happened to your (or your client's) website (if it got a virus, for example), it would affect our site - and vise versa. That's why we reserve the right to take down any post from CAREEREALISM at any time.

Can I submit content that appears somewhere else on the web?

No. This is called “duplicate content” and both parties will be penalized by Google.

Can I re-post my full article on my website after it’s published?

Will my article get edited?

Yes. All incoming articles will be edited and optimized (SEO).

How much promotion will my article receive?

On the day an article is published on CAREEREALISM, it will be featured in our e-mail newsletter and pushed out to our social media followers. Depending on the content and quality of your article, there's an opportunity for it to be picked up by other websites such as SmartBrief or Lifehacker. However, we cannot guarantee this.

What kind of audience do you have?

We have readers from all over the world. Most of our visitors range between 25-64 years old. We attract both active and passive job seekers, as well as those looking to change or enhance their careers. According to Alexa.com, our audience is 65% women, 80% college educated, 75% employed.

I just purchased an article package, what happens now?

Do you have any testimonials I can look at?
