Career Prep: Annual Review Never Happened, Now What?
Job search takes practice – just like studying for the SAT. That’s why we came up with daily Career Prep questions to help you “study” for your job search! Here’s today’s question: Chris has been working at the same company for three years. After his last review, he was promoted to another department under a new boss. His one year anniversary in the job came and went and his new boss never gave him a review. Chris asked if he should prepare for a review and the boss said, “Yeah. We’ll get to it eventually.” Chris prepared a document and submitted it to the boss by e-mail and asked to set a date for the review.
