Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: What they have done at different jobs, what technologies they have used or are familiar with, why they are interested in our role. Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: No details about what they do, lots of spelling mistakes, not elaborating on questions asked, no contact information, not giving rate, not knowing who we are or what they applied to. Can Candidates Apply For Multiple Positions And Not Get Penalized?: Absolutely. Over 5 though and it becomes excessive.
