Preferred Method To Be Contacted By A Candidate: Email Preferred Process For Following Up On Application: Reaching out via LinkedIn/email regarding the opportunity and also wanting to learn about our company. Things That Impress You In A Candidate: Attitude, clubs involved in, certifications, groups, friendly, growth in a company, length at a company. Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: What they have done at different jobs, what technologies they have used or are familiar with, why they are interested in our role. Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: No details about what they do, lots of spelling mistakes, not elaborating on questions asked, no contact information, not giving rate, not knowing who we are or what they applied to. Can Candidates Apply For Multiple Positions And Not Get Penalized?: Absolutely. Over 5 though and it becomes excessive.

Surf, soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, skiing, hiking, hanging out with friends, road trips, concerts. In a sentence, why do you enjoy working at your company? The culture, growth, employees can honestly not be beat elsewhere. In a sentence, how does your company have fun on a regular basis? Open environment where everyone interacts with each other and also play beach volleyball on our beach volleyball court. In a sentence, how would you describe the employees at your company? There isn't a group of employees that are as smart and as fun out there.

If you saw our first video, you might have heard about the awkward situation one of our viewers, Diane submitted. She has recently worked with a co-worker on a group project. When it came time to present the project at a meeting, Diane let her co-worker present. While it went great, the co-worker proceed to take credit for nearly all of Diane's work. Frustrating to say the least!
