When does a course start and finish?

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

How long do I have access to a course*?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. *NOTE: This EXCLUDES our annual subscription option. If you subscribe to our $299/year membership, you will have access to all of our courses until you unsubscribe.

What if I am unhappy with a course? Can I get a refund?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@workitdaily.com in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.

What’s the deal with the Annual All-Access Membership?

If you want to purchase more than one or two courses, you should consider subscribing to our Annual All-Access Membership, which gives you access to our entire library of courses for $299/year.(quite a value!) If you choose to subscribe, please note that you will be charged ANNUALLY (each year) until you unsubscribe. You will have access to all of the courses until you unsubscribe.

Can I hire a career coach through you guys?

Yes, you can hire one of our career coaches to work with you. We have a great team of coaches who have been trained under long-time career expert, J.T. O’Donnell. However, you are required to purchase a course before signing up with a coach.

Why do I need to purchase a course in order to hire a coach?

Great question! Coaches will often refer to course tutorials, templates, and other supporting materials relating to what you’re working on, so you will need to have access to those materials in order to get the most out of your one-on-one coaching. Go to this page to view our course offerings. So, in order for you to get the most out of the coaching sessions, you will need to purchase a course.

Can I just purchase a course without hiring a coach?

Absolutely! You do not need to hire a coach if you don’t want one. We actually encourage our customers to purchase a course first so they can get familiar with the materials before working with a coach, if they choose to go that route. We call this “pre-coaching.” You can learn more about why getting pre-coached is a great option by watching this video. So, feel free to go through a course on your own before deciding if you need additional coaching support.

What is Office Hours?

Office Hours is included with each course you purchase. Basically, it’s a 30-minute webinar held Monday through Friday with one of our career coaches where you can ask ANYTHING about your career or job search.. You can join the coaches during the live sessions to get your question answered in real-time, or you can submit a question in advance and view the recording later. You also get to meet other members who are taking the courses at the same time!

If I have access to Office Hours, why would I hire a coach?

Office Hours is really for quick Q&A-type questions. Also, if there are multiple people on the session, your questions aren’t guaranteed to get answered by a coach. If you need a resume reviewed, need one-on-one help with interview prep, and just need more one-on-one help, you should consider a coach.
