Things That Impress You In A Candidate: I am impressed by candidates that are able to speak about their strengths and accomplishments. Candidates that are passionate about their work and their people. After all we are selling fashion, developing teams and having fun! Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: We received thousands of resumes, it is all about that first impression even on your resume...so make it impactful. A well written and formatted resume tells me you are very professional and are genuinely interested. Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: Candidates will be disqualified if they do not meet the job criteria, they can not speak about their skill set, accomplishments, and lacks professionalism. If you saw our first video, you might have heard about the awkward situation one of our viewers, Diane submitted. She has recently worked with a co-worker on a group project. When it came time to present the project at a meeting, Diane let her co-worker present. While it went great, the co-worker proceed to take credit for nearly all of Diane's work. Frustrating to say the least!
