For Job Candidates

Preferred Method To Be Contacted By A Candidate: Email Preferred Process For Following Up On Application: Email contact preferred. I try to follow up with each applicant, except when the candidate is obviously not qualified. For example, I'm always looking for bilingual English/Mandarin speakers--if it's mentioned as a requirement of the job, I don't respond to applicants who don't speak Mandarin. If you're in my pipeline, feel free to check in via email, LinkedIn or phone! Things That Impress You In A Candidate: I always appreciate a candidate that has done their homework on our company! I like candidates that are passionate about video games. I love it when the candidate sends a thoughtful cover letter, outlining exactly why s/he is the best person for the job! Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: For Art positions, we need to see your portfolio, so please send links! Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered:
  • Candidates without art experience and/or a passion for gaming
  • Candidates that send a blind resume without a cover letter
Can Candidates Apply For Multiple Positions And Not Get Penalized?: Yes
