If they are qualified for the opportunity or another one, I would then schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager or contract manager. Things That Impress You In A Candidate: I find the best candidates are always keeping up with the newest trends and technology in the industry. People that have a true passion for what they do are always interested in learning more about their industry and keeping up with the latest.
