Preferred Method To Be Contacted By A Candidate: Email Preferred Process For Following Up On Application: I prefer to call people to follow up on their application. If they are qualified for the opportunity or another one, I would then schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager or contract manager. Things That Impress You In A Candidate: I find the best candidates are always keeping up with the newest trends and technology in the industry. People that have a true passion for what they do are always interested in learning more about their industry and keeping up with the latest. Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: Resume Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: Not attaching their resume and not showing general interest for the job they applied to. When it came time to present the project at a meeting, Diane let her co-worker present. While it went great, the co-worker proceed to take credit for nearly all of Diane's work.
