Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: We have a lot of liability to consider, so we require people to have current verifiable employment with no real gaps of longer than a few months, be able to pass our pre-employment screening (we lose 50% of candidates when they forget to schedule the drug test or fail it), and ask for valid driver licenses. Additionally, we ask that all of our employees meet our value of Being Customer Obsessed – the strongest skill set cannot make up for a lack of personality. If I don’t like talking to someone on the phone, I will not put them in front of my hiring manager.
