For Job Candidates

Preferred Method To Be Contacted By A Candidate: Email Preferred Process For Following Up On Application: I will get back to my candidates within a week and give them feedback about the status of their application. Things That Impress You In A Candidate: I appreciate people who exercise introspection, have the willingness to learn (also from mistakes), know where they want to go in their careers and good knowledge of their business. Things Candidates Must Include To Be Considered For Job: A meaningful CV or profile on LinkedIn, work samples and contact details for the first step. References, salary expectations for the next stage. Things That Will Disqualify A Candidate From Getting Considered: I will not accept candidates who are rude or dishonest as well as candidates who aren’t reliable. Can Candidates Apply For Multiple Positions And Not Get Penalized?: If they have a good explanation why they want to apply for multiple roles, I’m okay with that.

We care about people we work with and know that we wouldn’t have a job without them. In a sentence, how does your company have fun on a regular basis? Having a multicultural team, there is always something to laugh about in another language. In a sentence, how would you describe the employees at your company? We are a bunch of passionate consultants from all over the world who want to make recruitment just a little bit better.
