Dear Experts, I share an office with a new employee. She has only been here a month and she's driving me nuts! Our manager's office is on another floor and he rarely visits us. So, he doesn't see how much this woman is A) on the phone, and B) is texting. Seriously, it's obnoxious! I can't take it much more. What can I do? Do I tell my manager? Do I talk to her directly?
