Dear Experts, I am now looking for a job after one year off to take my state's bar and spend time with my two children under two. I was laid off from my previous employer. I am open to almost any type of law as long as it is in my town. I have yet to find a tactful way of saying this without seeming desperate. Or worse yet, I reveal that I am a bit overqualified for the tight-knit community. Suggestions? Our Twitter Advice Project (T.A.P.) is no longer an active campaign. For years now, I have seen hustle-culture being glorified, and it frustrates me. The idea of earning respect by overworking yourself isn't healthy. It just isn't. As a small business owner, I fully understand the word hustle. I grind daily. But as human beings, we have limits, so I suggest that we must be intentional with how we hustle.
