How To Thrive During Change

Change is everywhere around us. As much as we may want to try and resist it, it’s almost impossible. After all, seasons change, children grow, we grow and that’s all part of life’s natural changes. But what about those “not so natural” changes like job changes that are thrust upon us, or even those we choose to make ourselves? What about the curve balls that life throws at us? Is it possible to actually look forward to and enjoy change? If you saw our first video, you might have heard about the awkward situation one of our viewers, Diane submitted. She has recently worked with a co-worker on a group project. When it came time to present the project at a meeting, Diane let her co-worker present. While it went great, the co-worker proceed to take credit for nearly all of Diane's work.
