Colleen Neese

I am a national executive search consultant who helps companies recruit for their most critical leadership positions. I serve a variety of industries, most-notably healthcare and non-profit. I recruit in all operational areas and at all levels, with a focus on the C-suite positions. I specialize in working with Boards of Directors & Search Committees to lead their critical CEO searches. With over 23 years of experience in the search industry, I have helped many organizations hire talent they would not have been able to find otherwise. I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona, and work with clients and candidates on a national basis. I love meeting new people and uncovering what makes them unique, while playing matchmaker between executives and the right organization. When I’m not working, I can be found next to my husband cheering on our two teenage sons in football and basketball.
