Having led and implemented a $225 Million Brexit Transfer Program, from start to finish, for more than three years—with 1000's of Stakeholders at its peak — and possessing over 25 years hands-on business, project leadership, coaching and change consulting expertise, I guide, teach and consult companies and ambitious corporate professionals. With an emphasis on change, development and strategic achievement I work with individuals, teams, managers and leaders to build momentum, focus, results and capability to deal with uncertainty no matter what. Using a proven framework, I focus on working with people at three levels — mindset, toolset & skillset to help them build a balanced and effective approach to engagement, strategic achievement and when necessary, change. The results are often a removal of barriers, longer term momentum, confidence and genuine capabilities to navigate uncertainty which drives success for individuals, teams, entire workplaces and companies.
