He has implemented and maintained a successful leadership strategy that has improved employee satisfaction and improved retention each year. Victor is deeply engaged in all facets of the employee experience while being an operations minded business partner to his leadership team. Victor is a master facilitator of several training programs from Service Culture,Leading a Culture of Inclusion to Personal Branding to name a few.
Victor's most recent role was the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, the world's largest hotel franchise company and a leading player in the global hospitality industry.While there he leveraged Affinity Business Groups programming and the social responsibility aspirations in the design and implementation of a global D&I strategy. Victor collaborated across business functions to support training initiatives, elevate diversity metrics, and is the voice for the underrepresented in his organization.
