I'm curious: How many of our readers have been asked to take a personality test as part of applying/interviewing for a job? What do you think of these tests? Are they useful, or not? Do you think they are fair? Accurate? Discriminatory? Answer the poll and then please share your thoughts/comments below! I look forward to your feedback. [poll id="6"]
