Katya Andresen

Katya Andresen is Senior Vice President of U.S. Card Customer Experience at Capital One. A Fortune 500 company, Capital One has one of the most recognized brands in America and serves more than 65 million customer accounts worldwide. Having joined Capital One in 2016, Katya currently leads a large, diverse segment of Card that includes customer insights, brand, performance marketing, content marketing, design, customer engagement, digital experiences and Capital One Cafes. Before joining Capital One, Katya served in executive roles for technology-driven companies, most recently as CEO of the education technology company Cricket Media. Prior to that, she was COO and CSO of Network for Good, a payments platform and SaaS enterprise solution for digital giving and social actions. Katya guest lectures at Georgetown University’s business school and served as an adjunct professor at the American University Key Executive Leadership Program. Earlier in her career, Katya was a foreign correspondent for Reuters News and Television in Asia and for Associated Press and major U.S. newspapers in Africa. Katya is the author of “Robin Hood Marketing: Stealing Corporate Savvy for Just Causes”, a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and a contributor to several books on marketing and social media.
