Great Mentors: Get Inside their Heads

One of the career columns I enjoy is Heather Huhman's Entry-level Career Examiner. Heather does some serious homework on all sorts of career development and job search topics. Her style is smart and direct - it's definitely worth reading regularly. Her article, Tweeting Your Way to a Job (or Internship), is a great follow-up read to our video S.H.O.T. on how to use Twitter to get mentors.
