Today, an oldie-but-goodie came on the radio and brought me back...I mean WAY BACK!

As the song, "Don't Worry, Be Happy" played, I found myself reminiscing to my college days when this song was a hit. I couldn't get it out of my head. I even decided to look for the video online. Imagine my surprise when I searched on YouTube and found this lip-syncing version by an ENTIRE STAFF of employees.

Suddenly, I had an idea...

What if HR departments all across America instituted a sing-along in their offices? It's free, easy and clearly makes workers find their happy places. I'm mean, just watch these folks. You'd think someone had spiked their coffee! (Watch the whole thing - Uncle Morty in the leisure suit is a natural and the cellphone in it is straight out of Miami Vice.)

So, what do you think? Would you be improving workplace morale in your office with a 'Sing-along Friday' event? If so, what other songs should be put on the list to keep fellow co-worker's spirits up? Post your ideas below and before you know it, we'll have a karaoke playlist! Better still, does your office have a theme song? What is it? And if not, what do you think it should be?

PS - You can thank me later for getting the song stuck in your head.
