How Do I Get Them to My LinkedIn Page?

Dear Experts, Where do I put my LinkedIn address so I can get hiring managers to check it out? I've worked hard on my profile and think it looks better than my resume. Should it go in my cover letter, e-mail, top of my resume, or all of the above? Better still, can I just send them my link without a resume so they have to go visit it to see my credentials? Our Twitter Advice Project (T.A.P.) is no longer an active campaign. To find an answer to the above question, please use the "Search" box in the right-hand column of this website.
