Amber Worthen RD, LDN, CPT
Amber Worthen is a licensed and registered dietitian, a certified AFAA group fitness instructor, licensed Zumba instructor, and certified personal trainer through NASM!
Throughout college, she found her love for nutrition and fitness working as a fitness instructor and completing the coordinated dietetics program at the University of Connecticut. The most rewarding part of it all? Seeing how much of an impact a positive and challenging fitness experience can have on a person's day to day life.
Since graduating with her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics, she has met with hundreds of clients through nutrition consulting to help them lose weight, get off medication, improve energy, and reduce cravings. In addition, Amber has taught at various fitness facilities with a wide range of formats. She also meets with clients for personal training sessions to help people reach their goals. Some of her favorite formats include indoor cycle, HIIT, and Core.
Driven by the energy and motivation of her clients, Amber believes it's all about having fun—and then realizing you just kicked some serious butt!

It can be hard to get enough vitamin D in our daily lives, especially when the majority of us work inside all day, in office buildings or at home. Thankfully, though, if you make your vitamin D intake a priority, you shouldn't have a problem getting the recommended amount to help your body function at its best.
