You are halfway there. How is your job board detox going? Are you finding it easy or difficult to stay away from searching the job boards? I am breaking you of spending too much time on a tool that, when used incorrectly, will kill your hiring prospects. You can do this. Learn new techniques and better ways to use your time. OK, so are you ready for your tip for today? Here it is... Go to the beach, lake, or pool. Enjoy life. It’s summer. The challenge if you choose to accept it: Say hello to a stranger and try to start a conversation while out enjoying the summer. Keep it professional and friendly, not “creepy.” If you are challenged with a fear of speaking to strangers, now is the time to overcome it.
