Every one of us, for one reason or another, has thought about leaving our job at some point in our lives. We feel underappreciated, underpaid, and even overwhelmed. Several of us have felt this way, yet we stick with our jobs as long as we have to. But what makes us want to quit a job to the point where we actively seek another career?
