How Can I Spice Up My Interview Questions?

Dear Experts, I often feel as though many of the questions I ask during an interview are boring and expected. How can I spice up my questions for a future employer, so that I can present myself in a more interesting and enthusiastic way, while still getting those ever-important (and sometimes boring) questions answered, and use those answers to help me decide if the company I'm interviewing for is a place I'd really like to work?
