I'm 57 & Can't Get Hired... Is it My Age? Ideas to Skirt the Issue?

Dear Career Experts, I am a 57 year old Graphic Artist looking for work for the past 5+ months to no avail. Being 57, a woman, and in design isn't a good thing.
