Do I Have a Second Chance to Get Picked?

Apply again. Make sure resume is targeted to position and coveys UR value to org clearly and boldly. (@dawnbugni) Q#249 Go ahead an apply again. This time, follow up with a phone call (preferable) or email. (@gradversity) Q#249 Use coverletter to convey why you hope to keep applying until hired. Share passion for what they do.
