Dear Experts, My best friend of 10 years just got let go. They told her it was for performance and attitude. I think she is very funny, but does have the kind of sense of humor I could see being annoying and possible offensive to people who don't know her as well as I do. She applied for a job and got interviewed. Now, she wants me to be her reference and rave about her. I'm struggling with this. Of course I want her to get hired, but we work in the same industry, so I don't want my reputation to get ruined. Our Twitter Advice Project (T.A.P.) is no longer an active campaign.
