Dear Experts, Earlier this month I applied for a marketing coordinator job vacancy with a university. I was recently honored to receive a letter of recommendation from someone I highly respect and who is well-known the community. I think this letter could benefit my application packet and would provide a great opportunity to meet the marketing coordinator by hand-delivering the letter. However, I want to include a supplementary letter of interest. I don't want it to be exactly like my cover letter I originally submitted though. Any advice? For years now, I have seen hustle-culture being glorified, and it frustrates me. The idea of earning respect by overworking yourself isn't healthy. It just isn't. As a small business owner, I fully understand the word hustle. I grind daily. But as human beings, we have limits, so I suggest that we must be intentional with how we hustle.
