4. Learn How To Unplug

Take back your evenings and switch off your notifications after working hours by putting your devices aside. Doing this not only creates a physical barrier, but a mental one as well. You won't be tempted to check social media, open emails, or stay on top of the most recent buzz.

Don't do this last minute! Why? You may end up feeling as if it's not the right time to take time off and then consequently, not take any days at all!
