Tara recently broke up with a boyfriend that she felt was toxic and since that time he has been constantly calling her at work. It has reached the point that it has become disruptive to her co-workers and Tara received a warning from her superior that she needs to get a handle on the situation or she will lose her job.

This is a serious problem! Not only is this ex making Tara's life miserable but her employment is now at risk. This is an issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Earlier this week we gave four possible options for resolving this situation.
