Now that you've checked out the companies above and viewed all the jobs they're hiring for, do you think you'd want to apply for some? If so, here's how to give yourself the best chance at landing an interview.

1. Write a disruptive cover letter

Want to stand out from the other applicants in this competitive job market? Write a disruptive cover letter for every position you apply for. Tell the employer a story about why you feel connected to the company, and how you can help them achieve their goals as an organization. Why write a cover letter if it'll just look like everybody else's?

2. Keyword optimize your resume and LinkedIn profile

To get your resume past the ATS, you need to make sure you include the right keywords so you don't get screened out of the hiring process even before a human being has a chance to look at your job application. Keywords are just as important on your LinkedIn profile. If you want to be found by recruiters, having the right keywords in your LinkedIn headline and elsewhere on your profile will make it easier for them to do find you when they search for certain skill sets.

3. Network your way into the company

While it's important to do the two things above in your job search, the best way to get your foot in the door at a company is to connect with people on LinkedIn who work at the company and build a relationship from there. Have a reason to connect, share what you have in common, but don't ask for a job just yet! Once you establish a few connections at a a company and provide value to your network, you can ask if they know of any job openings in their organization, while also reiterating your passion for what they do. If you build a strong enough connection, they may even reach out to you.
