Michelle and her co-workers are getting fed up with the negativity coming from another co-worker that everyone has to work closely with. Her boss doesn't seem to have a problem with it but it's affect their team dynamic. She's not sure how to go about addressing this with the negative co-worker.


This is an issue that could certainly spiral into a serious problem! One negative co-worker can bring down an entire team. It's a situation that certainly needs to be addressed but it has to be done the right way, Earlier this week we gave four possible options for addressing this situation.
