I'm a current member. Do I still have access to my account?

Yes. You'll still have access to your current subscription on our old platform until the end of your billing cycle. After that, the old platform will be retired and your subscription access will be deactivated.

Do I need to cancel my account? How do I avoid having two subscriptions?

We'll take care of your current subscription on our old platform. You can cancel on your own if you want to do that, but we're deactivating all of the subscriptions next month, so you don't need to worry about being charged twice.

If you'd like to cancel your account on your own for peace of mind, you can follow these instructions: Once you're logged into Work It Daily, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner. A drop-down menu will appear. From there, click on Manage Subscriptions. Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, you will see your Subscription. From here, you can manually cancel your subscription with us.

How do I cancel, change, or upgrade my subscription?

If you want to cancel, change, or upgrade your subscription with Work It Daily, please follow the instructions below.

Switching Plans

If your Host has set up a monthly plan and an annual plan, you can switch between the two.

When you're logged in on the web, just navigate to Your Profile > Settings > Subscription.

Scroll down until you see the button that says Manage Your Subscription. Then choose the option to Change Subscription. If you decide to switch plans, this change will show up right here on this page. Please note that this will not apply to members that have been invited for free by the host.

How to Cancel Your Subscription or Unsubscribe

You can cancel your member subscription and leave a Mighty Network anytime. To cancel, just log into your network on the web and go to Your Profile > Settings > Subscription. On the next menu you'll see a button that says Change Subscription.

On the next page, you'll see an option to "Cancel your subscription" below the list of subscription plans on the network. Click on that link and confirm that you do indeed want to cancel, and then your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

I don't see anywhere to add my coupon code. What do I do?

Unfortunately, our new platform doesn't allow for coupon codes so that coupon won't work. That said, right now, we're offering a SUPER low rate (even lower than our current coupon codes promise) since we're celebrating moving over to a NEW & IMPROVED platform!

How do I change my email and/or password?

Change Your Email Address or Password

To change your account email or password in a Mighty Network, go to your Profile Image > Personal Settings > Account > Change Email.

From here, you'll see the option to change your email address.

If you're signed into your Mighty Network on the web, you'll also see an option that lets you Add a Password if you are currently signing in via email or using the LinkedIn or Facebook option.

How do I update my notifications in the new Work It Daily?

If you're a member of a Mighty Network, you'll automatically start receiving notifications when there is activity that is relevant to you.

By default, you'll get push notifications on your phone or email notifications depending on how you've set up your preferences. You can see screenshots here: https://faq.mightynetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/204986339-Adjust-or-Manage-Your-Notifications

To update your notification settings in the app or on the web, go to your Profile Image > Personal Settings > Notifications.

If you have the mobile app installed, you'll see the option to choose whether you want to be notified about activity relevant to you via email only, by mobile notifications only, or through both methods. You can also select "None" and you will be unsubscribed from receiving any notifications going forward.

Once you've selected the way you want to be notified, you can toggle which types of notifications you want to receive.

You can choose to receive an email or push notification when:

  • A member messages you directly
  • Someone @ mentions you in a post or comment
  • There is a new comment on your post
  • There are notifications related to an event you are attending
  • There is a new comment on a post on which you also commented
  • There is a cheer on your post
  • There is a new post from your one your Network Hosts
  • There are new posts from people you follow
  • A question was asked that you can help answer
  • Activities occur that are relevant to you

You can update your notification preferences anytime from the mobile app or on the web and they'll be updated everywhere.

How do I message another member?

As a member of a Mighty Network, you can send and receive private, direct messages with other members in the same network. You can see screenshots here: https://faq.mightynetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/204990019-Message-Another-Member

Start a new direct message with a another member by navigating to their profile and tapping on the button that says "Say Hello."

Once you've messaged at least one other member in your network, you'll see a chat icon in the app along the bottom. Tapping on the chat icon will open up your main messaging area, where you can always access previous conversations.

On the web, you can access your direct messages with other members by clicking on the chat icon in the upper right corner.

How do I tag another member or Coach in a Post or Comment?

To tag or @mention another member in a post or comment, simply type in the "@" symbol and then start typing in someone's name.

Once you've tagged a member in a published post or comment, they'll get notified in the app, on the web and if they have email notifications set up. Their name will also link directly to their profile in your network.

How do I edit or change the Topics you follow?

If the Host of your Mighty Network has enabled Topics, you'll be prompted to follow some Topics when you first join. When you follow a Topic, your main activity feed will be personalized so that you'll see more of the posts in that Topic. You'll also automatically be introduced to other members who are interested in the same Topics.

If you ever want to update or change which Topics you follow, just navigate to Topics from the left navigation and click or tap on "Following" or "Follow" to Follow or unfollow that Topic.

How do I block another member?

If you need to block communication with another member you can do so through the Network Menu > Members and then clicking the 3 dot menu.

You can also block a member through chat. In the chat window with the member you can click the 3 dot menu and choose to block the member.
